How it works

After purchase, you will complete an intake questionnaire and upload your current resume, existing cover letter if available, job postings, target roles, LinkedIn profile, or other relevant background materials.

You will also have one 30-minute intake session with your Client Success Manager to review your goals, clarify your target roles, answer questions, and make sure we have the information needed to create your resume and cover letter.

We will use your questionnaire, uploaded materials, and intake session notes to create polished career documents that highlight your experience, accomplishments, skills, and career goals.

You will receive your first draft within the stated turnaround window. Up to two rounds of edits are included to refine the written copy and make sure your final materials are accurate, polished, and ready to use.

Important editing timeline

Your included edits must be completed within 30 days of the date we begin work on your project.

To make the most of your revision rounds, please review your drafts promptly and submit edit requests within the 30-day project window. Edit requests submitted after the 30-day window may require the purchase of an additional revision or project restart.

Please note

This package includes one professional resume, one reusable cover letter template, one 30-minute intake session with your Client Success Manager, and up to two rounds of edits completed within 30 days of starting work.

It does not include LinkedIn profile optimization, multiple customized resumes or cover letters, job application management, direct application submission, interview coaching, career coaching, graphic design, headshot services, or unlimited revisions.

Additional services such as LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, career coaching, rush delivery, additional cover letters, or extra revision rounds can be purchased separately.
