How it works
After purchase, you will complete an intake questionnaire and upload your current resume, LinkedIn profile, existing cover letter if available, target federal job announcement, USAJOBS posting, past performance details, position descriptions, evaluations, or other relevant background materials.
Your team will use this information to create a detailed federal resume and supporting career materials that reflect your experience, qualifications, accomplishments, and alignment with your target federal roles.
Your LinkedIn profile copy will help present a consistent professional message for networking, recruiter visibility, and broader career positioning. While many federal applications are submitted through USAJOBS or agency portals, LinkedIn can still support networking, referrals, contractor opportunities, and professional credibility.
Your four coaching sessions can be used to support your federal job search strategy, application planning, announcement review, interview preparation, networking approach, or questions that come up as you move through the process.
You will receive your written drafts within the stated turnaround window. Up to two rounds of edits are included to refine the written copy and make sure your materials are accurate, detailed, and aligned with your goals.
Suggested coaching session structure
Your coaching sessions may be customized based on your goals, but a typical structure includes:
-
Federal job search strategy and target roles
Clarify your target agencies, job series, grades, role types, qualifications, and search priorities. -
Federal resume and application materials review
Review how to use your federal resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile across federal applications, networking, and contractor opportunities. -
USAJOBS and announcement strategy
Discuss how to evaluate job announcements, identify key qualifications, understand specialized experience, and decide which roles are worth pursuing. -
Federal interview preparation or search troubleshooting
Practice interview messaging, discuss next steps, address application challenges, or refine your strategy based on roles you are pursuing.
Important editing timeline
Your included edits must be completed within 30 days of the date we begin work on your written materials.
To make the most of your revision rounds, please review your drafts promptly and submit edit requests within the 30-day project window. Edit requests submitted after the 30-day window may require the purchase of an additional revision or project restart.
