How it works

After purchase, you will complete an intake questionnaire and upload your current resume, LinkedIn profile, existing cover letter if available, target roles, job postings, executive bio, board profile, or other relevant career materials.

Your team will use this information to create executive career materials that clearly communicate your leadership scope, measurable accomplishments, strategic influence, business impact, and target direction. Your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn copy will be developed to present a consistent executive brand across applications, recruiter conversations, networking, and professional introductions.

Your four coaching sessions can be used to support your executive job search strategy, leadership positioning, networking approach, interview preparation, offer conversations, or questions that come up as you move through the process.

You will receive your written drafts within the stated turnaround window. Up to two rounds of edits are included to refine the written copy and make sure your materials are accurate, polished, and aligned with your goals.

Suggested coaching session structure

Your coaching sessions may be customized based on your goals, but a typical structure may include:

  1. Executive positioning and search strategy
    Clarify your target roles, leadership value proposition, search priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
  2. Resume, LinkedIn, and cover letter usage
    Review how to use your new materials across applications, recruiter conversations, networking, and confidential search activity.
  3. Executive networking and opportunity strategy
    Build a plan for outreach, referrals, target companies, recruiters, board-adjacent contacts, and strategic follow-up.
  4. Interview preparation or search troubleshooting
    Practice executive-level messaging, refine leadership stories, prepare for difficult questions, or address challenges that come up during your search.

Important editing timeline

Your included edits must be completed within 30 days of the date we begin work on your written materials.

To make the most of your revision rounds, please review your drafts promptly and submit edit requests within the 30-day project window. Edit requests submitted after the 30-day window may require the purchase of an additional revision or project restart.

Please note

This package includes one executive resume, one reusable executive cover letter template, LinkedIn profile copy with instructions, four 60-minute coaching sessions, and up to two rounds of edits on written career documents. You will also be assigned a dedicated customer success manager that will ensure your success with this package.

It does not include direct editing inside your LinkedIn account, multiple customized resumes or cover letters, board packet development, RFP writing, direct job application submission, graphic design, headshot services, recruiter outreach, job search management, lead generation, or unlimited revisions.

Additional services such as executive bio writing, board-focused positioning, interview prep sessions, extra coaching sessions, rush delivery, or additional customized versions can be purchased separately.
